Hike up in the Shoshone National Forest, walk down to the Shoshone River, Green Creek Inn & RV Park is located exactly twenty-nine miles from the East Gate of Yellowstone National Park and twenty miles from Cody, Wyoming. Surrounded on three sides by Shoshone National Forest, Green Creek Inn & RV Park is an excellent place to enjoy nature.

The word "Wapiti" pronounced "Waa-pity" is Indian for elk. Wapiti Valley is approximately fifty miles in length, starting from Cody to Yellowstone National Park and has the most beautiful views in North America. The Buffalo Bill Reservoir and Shoshone National Forest along with the Shoshone River make up for a few of the places to see in the valley.

Driving directions from Cody:
Leave Cody and head west on the main road, which is US14/16/20. Follow highway and go through three tunnels (plenty of clearance for RV's). As soon as you leave the third tunnel, you will see the Buffalo Bill Dam and Reservoir. Proceed eighteen miles further west on highway and look for us on the left. Just past the Red Barn gas station, lighted sign on the left.

Driving direction from Yellowstone:
Leave Yellowstone out the East gate. This is the road at the Fishing Bridge intersection in the park. Once you have exited the East gate, drive exactly twenty-nine miles and you will see us on the right.
